Patience, Trust and Love offers 3 user-friendly chants -- chants for non-chanters. These are participatory chants led by Jen Kesner and the Grateful Joyful singers: Jen Kesner, Frankie Weeks, Michelle Cheney, Sierra Gitlin, Mike Keenan, Tim Grant, Abby Allsopp, Daniel Alvarez deToledo, Megan Starrak, Lori Timony, Grace Thonn, Forrest Finn and EJ Ouellette.

The first track, "Reflect" is a gift you give yourself -- 10 minutes of relaxation done your way. Listen to it in the morning to set the tone for the day, or anytime you need a break to stay centered.

The second track, "Rejoice," steps up the tempo for dancing, jogging, clapping or foot tapping.

The third track, "Renew," is for when you can't decide, slow or fast? This track offers 5 minutes of each.
