Jenni Alpert's songs are fantastic! I just got 3 of her CD's today and listened to them all afternoon. Just the right music to chill out to and have a relaxing afternoon. I am planning on ordering the 3rd one just as soon as CDBaby gets it instock again :)

Fantastic album from Jenni Alpert- highlights include the bright "Tragedy", wistful "Say It Aint Over" and the wonderful "Breakin Down" which appears here in a simpler and, if possible, more effective instrumental arrangment than on her album "Pieces". Alperts beautiful vocals on "Release Me" are entrancing, while "Breath In" is a Regina Spektor-esque twist of melody. "27 Minutes..." is one of the best additions to my music collection in a long time!

I've listened to this CD for the first time, and went back to the website (CD BABY, of course), and ordered her 2 other CD's.  Jenni Alpert is wonderful...soothing to listen to, and talented!
