Album Notes

This CD was made, originally, as a complement to CircleSing! workshops. It features simple songs and chants accompanies by equally simple instruments such as maracas, drums, claves, glockenspiel and recorder.

The simplicity of sound is most alluring to young ears that struggle to define the myriad of sounds they hear every day. This collection allows a child to enjoy their favourite melodies while defining the musical elements that fill them out.

Many parents have told me this CD works miracles in the car, during meals; that their children are fascinated by the song and compelled to listen closely and mimick what they hear.

and Dads always LOVE the CN Tower song!
