Take an evocative musical journey into the romantic world of Victorian melodrama on classical-crossover newcomer Jennifer Reff’s debut album, Portrait Of A Lady.
With the otherworldly quality of Enya, the passion of Kate Bush, and the sophisticated repertoire of Sarah Brightman; Jennifer a predominately classical artist effortlessly combines elements of opera, pop, and electronic sound design for a sensuous, elegant, and haunting sound.
Never a fan of the traditional “operatic” sound, Jennifer takes a fresh approach on Portrait Of A Lady that is characterized by delicate vocals and rich layers of ambient sound. Inspired by classic literature, Portrait Of A Lady is a soundtrack to an unwritten Victorian novel.
Jennifer Reff is a Las Vegas based classical-crossover recording artist.
