Album Notes

Jeremie grew up in the small town of Gresham in the state of Oregon. At the age of 12 his dad showed him how to play some chords on the guitar and a couple of simple songs. Jeremie says he really enjoyed playing from the moment he first picked up the guitar.
Throughout the rest of his childhood he continued to play and learn more music on the guitar. “I started out with things like Metallica or anything heavy metal” Jeremie says.
At age 14 he also picked up the drums and for a couple of years played in a band with his brother, Ben, and some of his friends. Then at age 16 he started to dabble on the piano when on his breaks from studying at the local collage. Around that time he also bought a bass guitar and learned to play it just for fun. Jeremie says “I love the way you can create multiple rhythms and sounds within a song and create not just a song but instead an experience in the listening. Music has always been a huge outlet for me and I want to share this gift God gave me with others.
Jeremie didn’t have the ability to afford lessons for music and is completely self taught! He has the ability to hear the notes and to this point has learned everything he knows by ear. “I want to give glory to God for that and I hope that my music helps minister to people in some way. I pray that God’s spirit flows in this music and touches people” Jeremie says.
Jeremie released his first full length album in November 2005 entitled “Christmas Guitar Peace”
He is currently working on his second album which will be called “A Light in the Storm”
We are expecting the release of his new album some time in the fall of the year 2009
