With an all-consuming passion for music Jeremy Scott continually pushes himself to the max. He has been named radio's "Top A/C Artist Up and Coming," performed his single "Turn Around Again" with Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull, toured the tri-state acoustic scene, and has been the talk of Connecticut's music scene due to his unique sound and style of songwriting. "Turn Around Again" off of Finally Unfinished, as well as independently released "Rebound," have topped both radio and internet charts establishing himself within the ranks of today's rising stars.
Born in Chicago, 1985, formal musical training begain at the age of seven when Jeremy picked up the violin, and later the piano. Not until Scott self-taught himself the guitar at age 10 did he begin to write. By the age of 15, Jeremy had penned over 100 songs.
In 2001, Jeremy completed a demo with an 8-track which eventually landed in the hands of master guitarist and producer, as well as president of Riff Rat Records, John "Ratso" Gerardi. Gerardi later signed Scott to the label and came to release Jeremy's debut album "Finally Unfinished" in 2002 featuring all original material. The critically acclaimed album headlined as the single "Turn Around Again" scurried up the radio charts in late 2002. Jeremy subsequently took to the road and performed solo acoustically throughout Connecticut venues including famed Acoustic Cafe in Bridgeport.
Since, Jeremy's music has been featured on four worldwide complilation CD's, and two movie soundtracks. Scott further composed the orchestrial theme for the Director's View Film Festival feature "Our Town." "Turn Around Again," was also featured in "Yesterday, Today, and Tommorrow," which was viewed at the Sundance Film Festival.
Jeremy continues to write and perform live. Three unreleased songs "Rebound," "Right Intentions," and "Deep Things," are currently climbing the charts.

Incredible Display of Some Incredible Young Talent
author: Kristen Frasch
An exciting, creative and intelligent array of music and lyrics! Not only is this a treat to sit back and take in, but as a mother of teen boys, it's a dramatic and inspiring encouragement to them to remember that anything's possible, at any point in your life, if you put your heart, energy and talent into it. I'm looking forward to Jeremy's next release, and to following his career as one of his fans!!

Surely a spectacular career awaits this promising young man.

Riffrat Records has found a winner. The cd is melodious and filled with genuine talent. He is quite an attractive young man and with his natural ability and fine facial features he will go quite far in this world. Something like this is my favorite song and CDBABY listeners should be able to hear it! I suppose it might just be a clever marketing ploy by the folks at CDBABY headquarters just to give us a taste of the good stuff!

Doesn't sound "Unfinished" to me!!!

This is a great CD! It's got everything...great lyrics AND music. The songs are musically complex, but communicate simple messages with a lot of heart. It seems everyone around me is playing this CD and LOVES it. My neighbor told me to get it. My boss likes it so much that he put it as the background music on the company answering machine. I can't wait until Jeremy "finishes" his next CD!!!!
