Album Notes

The Biology Of Kingship is his debut album release on his own independent label Grand Scheme Recordings following up the release of the promotional NP45 Volume One Limited Edition 7-inch. A wide variety of styles are represented on this CD, from the double time rhymes on the "Intro" and "Lucky Number 13" to instrumental tracks that let the listener zone out for a moment of reflection. This album, and Jermiside as an artist, represent quality hip-hop of all varieties without sacrificing any musical integrity, something that is severely lacking in today's diluted world of hip-hop.

So listen, cop it & enjoy!

This is what I consider raw, underground sound. The production's gritty, and Jermiside has a relaxed delivery that stays constant. The style of his flow reminds me of someone like Guru, but their voices definitely differ. This CD is definitely worth anyone's $14, so pick it up.

This cat knows the true meaning of real hip hop. You can tell that he does his homework before he gets in the studio. We need more rap artists on his level!

Finally someone got it right!!! I was glad to come across this album. My man TR from Off The Hook Promotions gave me a mix CD that Jermiside was on. I was feelin the traks so I copped the album. Jermiside's word play is off the hook. I haven't heard anyone with lyrics like this since Kith Murray. Plus he does his own production. Cincinnati Hip Hop is making noise!!!
