I remember you

Hi Jerry, I'm sure you don't remember me but I also attended Woodland Hills Pres Church in the 70's with my parents Sandy and Estelle. I was also part of the worship group you led at the early service . Additionally, we lived down the street from you in Calabasas. One thing that I never forgot was that beautiful Alvarez Yairi guitar you had. I now play a Yairi DY84, a purchase I made based on my experience of yours. Do you remember the guitar? If so what model was it? Looking forward to hearing back from you. Best regards, Jim

all of 'em

I met Jerry about 1976 in Giessen, Germany Club System, at the NCO club where he was performing. My husband was one of the club managers in that system. Jerry had on a black jump suit, with initials in silver and turquoise on his fanny and on his belt buckle. I asked if i could touch one for good luck. He said of course, which one. Then next couple nights we went to watch Jerry at another club in the same club system and Jerry announced that his jump suit had gotten 'jinxed' a couple nights earlier where I had rubbed his initial. He'd split the black jumpsuit right up the crotch. Great memories. My husband later retired from the army, and a couple years later was killed in a car wreck. It is nice to see Jerry Naylor's name on the internet! Nice memories. nancy

put off ordering=glad I did=is excellent. so few of the original artists left. What would it be like to get those left to go on a nationwide tour before it is too late? Can you imagine the venue it would take to accomodate such a gathering? Thanks for the collection, sincerely, lloyd w
