"Pride" (single orig. released 2000), celebrating 20th Century gay history, has received worldwide airplay, print mentions and garnered radio interviews. It was named #1 Song of the Year 2000 on the Outvoice™ Top-40 Tracks Chart, and was named by IMRU's special program "Queer Vinyl" on KPFK Los Angeles as one of the 10 queer songs that "shaped our musical history."

Both Jon and "Pride" have been featured in segments on This Way Out (GLBT radio newsmagazine syndicated in over 100 radio/cable stations worldwide), the Joey Reynolds Show (the #1 syndicated radio talk show in its time slot on over 100 AM stations nationwide) as well as interviewed on numerous radio programs internationally, both in English and in German.

Jon is a full writer member of the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP), from which he received ASCAPlu$™ Award every year since 2000.

He is also an active member of Outmusic™, in which he won 'Outstanding Songwriter' and was nominated for 'Outmusician Of The Year' in the 1st Annual Outmusic (OMA) Awards, 2001, and the Stonewall Society Pride Award in 2002.

Pride (2003) includes the latest GLBT anthem, "Proud and Free," which was recorded by artist Deian McBryde and performed as part of the Rainbow 25 anniversary celebration, as well as three dance mixes recorded, produced and remixed by Aaron-Carl (US), Adam Baum/Frustrated Housewives (US) and Kapitano (UK).
