I\'ve been singing since I could talk, and people kept asking why I\'d never recorded. Mostly it\'s been lack of opportunity and lack of material.

\'Be Still\' was written in a moment beside a lake near my home. At the time I was learning about what it meant for life to be more simple...what it meant to be quiet...to listen. In the acknowledgments on the CD artwork I wrote: \"To Jesus - for loving me to infinity and for teaching me that chaos never trumps being still.\" That\'s what I was thinking when I wrote this song.

The truth is that I love to sing, and I love sharing my voice with others. I hope you love these songs.
