Jim Adam’s Beautiful Love CD is a wonderful collection of jazz classics tastefully done in a guitar based trio setting. Jim’s artistic guitar playing brings these timeless melodies to life as if they were his own. And the rhythm section expertly provides the perfect cushion and drive and to launch his guitar into the jazz stratosphere. This CD should be in every jazz lovers collection for that time when you want to hear jazz guitar standards with hints of Joe Pass, Johnny Smith, and Lenny Breau. Excellent work Jim!

Beautiful Love
author: Paul
Just as the leading track states, this collection is both "beautiful" and inspired by a genuine "love" for traditional jazz music. Each song is sensitively executed with skill, passion, and determination. I've followed Jim's playing since the beginning and seen him mature into a fine guitarist with vintage tastes for only the finest of the great jazz artists. Echoes of Jim Hall with hints of Martin Taylor combine to make Jim Adams' playing truly unique. “Beautiful Love” is an admirable addition to anyone's library of solid jazz recordings.
