Jim continues his musical path with his new cd, me. In it, he explores feelings of regret(happy), frustration(you don\'t know) and perserverance(yeah, yeah) that express how he\'s grown since his last album, j007. \"Some of the songs, like Nastee and BreakYaBack are about letting go of your stress, inhibitions and really being yourself. I love being able to write postive lyrics to a thumping beat and those two songs really make me want to get up and move. I love performing them live.\"
\"I also love using wordplay in my lyrics. For instance, the song Uglee is not about how someone looks, but more about the negative energy alot of people give off when they\'re just hating on something. If you\'ve got judgement or anger in your heart, then, to me, that\'s uglee. And Happy is about the pain we all feel after a break-up and how we constantly tell ourselves we\'re ok, even though we may be falling apart inside. We put on a front so our ex won\'t know how really hurt we are.\"
Jim continues to bring his high energy live show to venues all over the world, living out the dream he\'s had since he was a child. \"I love creating, peforming, connecting with audiences and as long as I feel inspired, I\'ll never stop.\"
