Jimmy Bean and the Playground Revolution is a unique, sort of Dad and Son band. Jimmy Bell (AKA Jimmy Bean) and his Son Chad (11 years old) have been writing and recording songs with kid themes for the past couple of years. Jimmy has played music in various bands since the mid eighties and when his Son started becoming interested in music he felt this would be something they could do together. All the songs are kid friendly, with crunchy guitars, drum machines, synthesizers and more. "Silly songs about silly things" is their latest release. Songs about monkey's escaping from the zoo to be on Solid Gold (a dance show from the 1980's), a kid living in trailer park who's Mom is obsessed with Motley Crue, and his Dad's in the slammer, one kid who loves to eat sweets at every meal until his teeth fall right out of head (and his Mom thinks it's funny), even a song about not playing with matches (or you'll burn your eyebrows off)... Parents, there is even a song about making a #2 (the doody song). Great, rockin', goofy tunes written by a Father and Son! Check it out!!
