Some country star should be buying Jimmie's songs. Maybe someone is. Till then you'll have to get by on just Jimmie and one guitar. Actually maybe it sounds best like this. Really tight writing, superior knack for melody and excellent vocals. Sometimes the lyrics are a tad cliched but hey this is country music ain't it? If you want clever go listen to Leonard Cohen ... seriously this is tasty material, especially 'Sanctuary'. I bought this CD from Jimmie after seeing him play in San Antonio.
