This is the Heart of Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of surrender to the Divine within, the practice of singing the divine names; losing the mind and finding The Heart; feeling the divine energy flowing through us until we are fully absorbed in love and peace and we are floating in Beauty...in essence, this is a spiritual practice where we invoke the Beloved, sing out our Longing, we sing praises until the small, personal sense of self disappears and merges into the One again.
The purpose of yoga is union---of mind/body/spirit...to feel Whole again...to BE who we truly are--pure conscousness, pure awareness, pure Being---Rays of Grace; emanations of the Great Sun!!!!After all, God is LOVE, and so are WE!
This is inspired by Sri Ramana Maharshi, Ammachi, Bapuji (Kripalu), and my Beloved Shakti; TewaMoon (Arunatewa!)...also, the children...especially Oren and Oceana...Blessed Be!!!
