Album Notes

Overview: Knight was a singer/guitarist who really barks it out there. They had a live sound and Knight was their frontman. It’s a gritty, hard, southern soul sound that peaked just before the disco invasion. Apparently, they only made this one album in the early seventies and a few CD's/ 45 records and some of the songs are: "NOTHIN", "SPACE GUITAR", "THERE GOES MY BABY", "EL CHICKEN", "GET FUNKY ", "BABY PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE", and . "SAVE ME" (45 version) and then went on to other things. (Content copyright 2009. James Knight & the Butlers. All rights reserved).
