J. Love was born and raised in a small town in southeast Missouri called Kennett. Which is also the hometown of music artist, Sheryl Crow.
J. Love is just a southern belle who loves to create music that encourages love, self-healing and inspires change for the better.
Singing is her passion!!! She developed this passion for music through her late grandfather, Lelon Pulliam.
Her early inspirations were her mother, grandfather, grandmother and best friend. They were the first people in her life who told her that she had a gift to sing.
One of the songs on her CD is entitled "Don't Sleep, Pearline". She wrote and dedicated it to her late grandmother, Pearline Roland. She use to say, "Don't sleep because nothing comes to sleepers but a dream."

Congrats!!! I just want you to know how proud I am of you. To be such a young woman your music take me back down memory lane about twenty years. Those were the "Good Old Days" in Kennett, Missouri. You truly inspire young women nationwide, letting them know how life turly is and that nothing is insurmountable. And, for that I thank you so very much. Keep up the good work and never ever forget who you are and where you came from.
Much Love,
Lou
