The wintertime is a great time for feasting, relaxing, and spending time with the family. Unfortunately, if you ever worked retail, it also means listening to countless renditions of the top ten Christmas songs. "The Longest Night" is different. This album was created with deliberately sought out traditional songs that have become obscure, overlooked, or forgotten over the years. These songs celebrate the fun and festivities that are traditional throughout the winter season whether it be Christmas, Hanukkah, Hogswatch, or the Winter Solstice.
