“Vertical”, the most recent CD release by J Nicholson, is a fresh and encouraging compilation of songs that direct the listener to the One “situated at the highest point.” With his dynamic vocals, J communicates God’s timeless message of hope, love and restoration.
The musical style is guitar driven and upbeat w/ just enough of a “slow down” to let the listener reflect on the unending grace that is given freely by Almighty God.
J has been singing for over 20 years and has now begun working with a church that makes its’ primary goal “reaching spiritual seekers with the positive message of Christ. “My overall goal is to worship God in the hidden places where no one else can see, so that when I worship God in public places, God will pour out His heart on us.
Thru song and testimony, J will demonstrate how God pulled him from a life of drugs and endless, fruitless pursuits to a life filled with endless blessings and restoration. “God took me exactly as I was and didn’t ask me to become perfect first. He offers this free gift to everyone.”
