Album Notes
An accomplished songwriter, John Cadley is currently the leader of John Cadley and the Lost Boys, voted Best Bluegrass Group of 2009 by the Syracuse New Times Readers’ Poll, with two SAMMY-winning CDs of John’s original material. John is also composer of “Time,” a #1 hit on the national bluegrass charts as recorded by Lou Reid and Carolina.

Much of Cathy Wenthen’s musical performance experience was formed by years of leading a worship ensemble at Immaculate Conception Church in Fayetteville, NY. Under her leadership, the group has a reputation as one of the finest in the area.

Tammy DiDomenico, of the Syracuse New Times writes, “Wenthen’s voice has a purity that conveys heartache without ever forcing the issue” and “Cadley’s smooth with-a-smoky-finish delivery provided a nice contrast with Wenthen’s ethereal stylings. Although they have been performing together for less than a year, their considerable chops give the duo an effortless, tight sound.”
