THE HEREIN OFFERED DISK, recorded knowingly on substandard equipment in substandard conditions, comprising earnest performances by a single misguided individual on a variety of instruments including but not limited to a 1949 Gibson archtop guitar, a battered ’cello with a bridge pickup and an echo pedal, a resuscitated Vox Mark IV bass, vocals often sung higher than they ought to be, a variety of percussive noises and other loops electronic, natural, and otherwise, constitutes an unwarranted attempt on the part of its author to foist his own twisted vision of the world upon an innocent and unsuspecting public under the guise of artistic expression, rough in tenor and free of artifice, for all aesthetic repercussion of which he shamelessly refuses to take any and all responsibility.
