Crowe Entertainment Presents: John Crowe

John was born in Nashville, TN. Most of John's Christian journey has been in the traditional Church. God has commissioned a new ministry in his heart, one that tries to reach the lost where they are. For so long church and church music has been entertainment for the saints. It is time for us to start drawing dying men and women closer to God by any means necessary. This music is meant to rejuvinate and encourage the saved, as well as minister to the unsaved and touching their hearts. Let's help John tell this dying world about a living loving Savior, Jesus.

While definately not my normal kind of music, I came accross this cd by a friend at work. The production value is good, and vocally the cd is really great. Not really a big fan of gospel music, but this cd has a real soulful-smooth r&b mix which is never too over-the-top so thats good. Great harmonizations too. More of the songs at the end of the cd show the depth of this man/bands talent, and the remix of the catchy 'You Gotta Work' is cool too.

While I am not familiar with the genre, I think this cd is a great addition to it and can only hope more people would get to hear positive music such as this. A great find!

The entire album is Smooth, Inspirational, and Soul Felt.
The first song, Your Presence, set off the album beautifully and keeps you wanting more.
I Love this CD.
It is one of the best gospel albums I have heard in a long time.
