After the huge success of his musical 'The Hammerman' in 2010 , John Cullimore provides us with a musical autobiography, telling us who he is , how he feels and what he thinks over the course of 13 sublime tracks of alternating light and shade. A most personal album which he has dedicated to his home , hence the title Southview . This is compulsive listening as timeless folk melodies intermingle with contemporary rock driven by perceptive and thought provoking narratives. The whole is obviously greater than the sum of its parts thanks to a blend of inspiration ,dedication and astute production .
