This collection of songs was chosen with his fans in mind. John Erréca has been casting a spell on audiences as near as the San Francisco Bay Area and as far away as Mexico, South America, and Spain. After his performances he would ask the "regulars" what music they would like to hear on his CD. The result is his debut release of "Your Requests".

This CD features an enjoyable collection of medleys, ballads, and up beat tunes which are cleverly interpreted. He has captured a certain charm with his vocal versatility that is only enhanced by his unobtrusive piano accompaniment. This baritone has a warm and clean sound with exceptional diction and phrasing. It is a rare pleasure being able to understand the lyrics in both English and Spanish. His humor and passion are unmistakable in his interpretations. Many agree that you can hear a smile in his voice and feel an honest sincerity throughout. He is a delightful breath of fresh air!

I bought this CD at a performance of his.  It's amazing the personality captured on this CD.  His voice is even more extrodinary live! He seems to have many different 'sounds' for the mix of different styles. Looking forward to his next show and CD.
