This is a must-have record for the new-roots millenium! If you like Freedy Johnston, The Jayhawks, Lucinda Williams or Tom Petty, it only makes sense for you to own this CD!
"Resolve" is the debut full-length debut release from John Haydon & Ten Worlds in 1999(RadioFly Records).
John Haydon's voice expresses much sincerity and heart. The band is tight, the players are top-notch. This band rocks!
One listen and you will find yourself singing the strong pop hooks days later in the shower. Don't look any further for a top quality roots CD.
"They sound like Lucinda's or Emmylou's back-up band, yes they ARE that good.
Heartstoppingly good." - The Noise: June, 2000
"Like-minded nightcrawlers should check out quirky electric popster John Haydon" - The Boston Globe: June 16, 2000

Jonathon Richman's geek kid brother
author: Bangsheet, May 2000
"...BOOOM! This thing, this song, this upbeat, positive, sunshiny, song had me giddy as all
hell. "Nothing New" is the fucking "MMmBop" for the sort of independent, alternative,
and college rock geek set... You gotta figure this guy, John Haydon, has something wrong
with him, or just maybe he's Jonathon Richman's geek kid brother. When he pairs his
"Cherry Blossoms" with Gram Parsons' "One Hundred Years" you'd have a hard time
separating the two songwriters ... Grievous angels be damned, on Resolve John Haydon has
them dancing around like little girls at a slumber party, and I wanna be there."
