Album Notes

The Pittsburgh Songwriter's Circle meets once a month to indulge in the simple joy of creating and sharing music. We do not seek fame or fortune, or even to earn livings as songwriters. We write songs because we have something to say. Or because it helps us to make sense of the world. But mostly we write songs because we love to play them for one another. And for you, whenever we get the chance.
The depth and diversity of the talent contained in the Circle is on display in this compact disc. Each of the songs in this collection was written and performed by a Circle member, in some cases with the help of a few friends. Each piece was produced by the songwriter together with the help of Doug Wilkin at Wilkin Audio Productions. We are proud of the result, and we hope you enjoy listening to it.
