NEW NEWS for 2010!!! ANOTHER one of the songs from this album was chosen by the Nashville Songwriter's Association again this year! We are so proud to have this honor two years in a row. The "Title" song "Everyone's A Kid On Christmas Morning" was the winner this year. It will be on the NSAI 2010 Christmas Compilation album of 12 songs.
John Jay Martyn sets up a cool mood for Yule time with his album "Everyone's a Kid on Christmas Morning.” Last year in 2009, John's song, "The Night After Christmas" won the Nashville Songwriters' Association 'Christmas in July' contest and that song will be on NSAI's Christmas CD compilation that gets handed out to all of the Nashville Publishing Companies as a Christmas gift. What an honor to have won such a stiff competition!
Last year, 2008, a German record label by the name of California Sunset Records licensed "What Cha Puttin' In My Stockin'?" for their compilation CD for Germany, Austria and Switzerland; and at the same time a "coffee shop" type store called Feinhost Kafer licensed that same song for sale on their Compilation CD for their Shoppes.
In 2007, this album was the Sponsored album by the Fort Lauderdale Winterfest Boat Parade, and was given away in over 200 'goodie' bags to the 800 people who attended their Black Tie Ball.
