Found
author: David
I saw John Land open for Al Stewart a couple of years ago in Pinellas County. He was not the reason we attended, but I bought his album, not Al's. John's lyrics remind me of Ian Anderson's. His voice is mellow and anxious at the same time. His skill with the guitar is hypnotizing. You have to see him live. He has a huge stage presence.

A great collection for all musical tastes!
author: Tammy Wanzer
I really like "Found" very much. I like all kinds of music, and "Found" fits right in with the rest of my collection. I have owned it for quite a while now, and I never tire of listening to it. Some of the songs are funny, some are sad, and some make you want to dance. I find myself humming the tunes during the day. It's a very eclectic collection. Every time I listen to it, I hear something new. It's a great mix of Celtic, pop and folk. I highly recommend "Found".

His style is refreshing, captivating, a voice to fall in love with
author: Terilyn
I was very impressed with Found. The style (crossover solo acoustic folk/pop) is very appealing in this day and time. I think it is a sound much needed today. The melody and voice are rich, haunting, moving and captivating! Most importantly, and somewhat impressive, is the fact that it is all pure talent! The artist does all the music(instruments) and voice himself. I also find myself visualizing a story behind the song- (i can see the young soldier kissing his lass by the barn!) I usually am happy to like one or two songs on any cd I purchase, but with Found, I have many favorites. Valentine is great, so is I Met a Lass. God's Hotel is fun. Yes, JOhn refreshingly fills a void, bringing us a voice to fall in love with, music with words we can understand and sing with, a style that moves and has you wanting more. I know I do! I look forward to hearing more from John Land!

Very very good and fun
author: Bob Bagatelos
This is a very good CD. From the beginning to the end it is well put together. The songs have a folk feeling with a bit of the Celtic as well. I particularly like Valentine and God's Hotel. Listen to God's Hotel several times, it is really quite cool! This is a great stocking stuffer as well... By the way... he is GREAT live!
