ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
When it rains, it pours. I've tried to write songs in the past and came up with nothing more than uninspired poems. But in October of 2011, when I tried to write a song for my wife of 12 years, it was a different story. Being a huge Beatles fan as well as John Lennon, I decided to use the basis of the song "Imagine" to help me come up with the direction I wanted the song to go. Not being able to play anything more than "Chopsticks" or the theme from "Halloween" on the piano, I used a smart phone app. to construct the piano chords for the song. From there the lyrics came out as natural as one could hope. The song is titled "You Don't Need Me Less, I Need You More" and yes, the piano from the smart phone is featured in the finished song.

Over 20 songs came from this surge of musical outpour and continues to this day.

My 9 track album is all original music performed and written by only myself, though I look forward to working with some other musicians on my next project.

My influences are many, but most notable are The Beatles and Beethoven. When you listen to my music, you'll possibly hear other influences from artists such as E.L.O., Ryan Adams, The Doors, The Eagles and many more I'm sure.
