"My Dad used to play this music when I was growing up and all of us kids would sing along. I thank him for that. He helped me to discover greatness in vocal music whether it was the standards or country. I mean Elvis was a crooner and so was Willie Nelson, each in their own genre. And the best part is this music is still cool with the young and the old alike."

Johnny Jay is on a mission to keep the torch songs and standards of the 40's, 50's and 60's alive and well. When he's not traveling around the country doing just that he is at home with his lovely musical wife Jan, the inspiration to his musical moods and the believer in his dreams.
