Although Johnny normally performs acoustically, his first venture into the recording studio involved bringiing together many friends to give his songs a full band sound. With the help of world class producer, Carl Jennings, at the Westmoreland Recording Studio, and an incredible cast of Canadian musicians including Carl Jennings from Freedom Train, Cristiano Andreatta, Graeme Hawkins and Mike Szpakowski from 40 Sons and Daughters, Sean Royle from Dean Lickyer, Jeff Heisholt from The Trews, Marsha Moffit on Cello and backup vocals by Natalie, Natashia and Nataiah Cunningham, Johnny could not be more satisfied with the release of his first EP.
