Album Notes

John Palermo has written songs for Graham Nash (Atlantic Records), George Lamond (CBS/Sony), Desiree Coleman (Motown), Eyra Gale (24/7), and countless others.

A recording engineer as well, John has worked with The Rolling Stones, Hall & Oates, Billy Joel, Joni Mitchell, Deborah Harry, AC/DC, The Clash and numerous other major artists.

John's second acoustic CD, after the critically acclaimed Music From Dismal Brook, Scattered Pages features John's mandolin work, as well as fingerstyle guitar.

Big band leader/arranger Ed Palermo is featured on Muriel Anderson's "Lady Pamela", playing soprano sax.

The choice of selections here is somewhat eclectic, from the bluegrass ballad standard "Ook Pik Waltz" to John Mayer's "Stop This Train".

Four songs are self penned, including the final track,"Warm Summer Nights", featuring his drumming and guitar work.

John resides in Randolph, New Jersey with his wife and two sons.

For the past 26 years he has been the owner of a CD/DVD duplication service in New York City called DupeCoop.

The CD is digitally recorded & mastered, to sound great on all systems.
