Album Notes

A dedicated reggae musician, guitarist, song writer and producer of other reggae and Gospel artist including Jah Tempo and Mellow Wayne. THe survival through the struggles in Africa and America makes me write and sing and play my guitar for the down trodden people of the world. Born In Accra, the capital of Ghana West Africa. I was exposed to diversity and currently speak 4 languages. The mission of my song "Born Alone Die Alone " is to tell people to relax. I adopted some elements from Bobby McFerry"s song "Dont Worry Be Happy". I want people to be happy because music was my outlet when I was enrolled in a tough boarding school at the early age of 5 in Ghana. The harsh treatment on the school farm and the pain of hunger at the school and my experience as a blackman with police brutality in America, The death of very closed loved ones the pain of human untrust and unjust made me clinge stronger to reggae music. Reggae music is a spiritual liberational force that can send chills down the spine of all human beings. It is a gift to the oppressed and as a messenger i must serve as a reggae artist with deligence and intergruity. I also created the "Freedom Force Band" which is a comitted strong reggae band in the Bronx New York . Lead singers of the band are all recording artist os JohnQ records. Please visit the website of JohnQ records at www.johnqrecords.com. I hope the Lord strengthens me in this journey as I count on him to give me strength to carry on this journey of my life.
