From the nation’s capital city, John Tillery & Living Sacrifice have worked with a list of who's who in the gospel music industry. They've traveled and toured with such artists as Min. Keith Pringle, Twinkie Clark, Martha Walsh, Albertina Walker, Rev. Milton Bigham, Vanessa Williams and many others.
They have shared the same stage with artists like The Williams Brothers, Richard Smallwood Singers, Tramaine Hawkins, John P. Kee & New Life, Dr. Bobby Jones, The Pace Sisters, Hezekiah Walker & Love Fellowship, Take 6 and the list goes on and on.
They have appeared several times on Dr. Bobby Jones International Gospel Artist Retreat on the Word Network and the Bobby Jones Gospel Show on BET.
John Tillery, a notable writer and producer has been successful in the gospel music industry as well as stage and film. John was featured in the movie “Guilty By Association” starring Morgan Freeman and has toured with such gospel music stage plays as “Lord, I'm Coming Home” and “A House Is Not A Home” starring Christopher Williams, R&B singer from the motion picture “New Jack City”. John has also appeared in the HBO special “City of Peace”, produced by Barbara Streisand.
Titled “Warrior of Worship”, by his pastor, Rev. Harold B. Hayes, Jr. of Hunter Memorial AME Church where he serves as Senior Minister of Praise & Worship and Music Administration, John brings a fresh wind of God’s power as he ushers you into His presence. John continues to grow in the knowledge of the Lord and advance the Kingdom of God through the power of music and preached word of God. He’s the proud husband to his life love, Katina Tillery and they are the proud parents of two kingdom purposed children, DeAndre and Jianna
