An enjoyable album
author: Margaret Waterhouse
John is back on top musical form once again with this quality, self produced album. He demonstrates his vocal artistry through many diverse musical styles here, and all with the greatest of ease. Well done to Cynthia, Judy and Tiny for providing some sensational accompanying arrangements.
This is a most enjoyable album and makes for very relaxing listening.

I have enjoyed this album very much and it will be played often on my CD player. There are some very beautiful songs written by John and the musical arrangements are lovely. My favourite track is Shadow of Night, I love the guitar at the end of that one. Definitely John's best album.

The best ever!
author: Alison Weir
This is quite simply John Walker`s best album ever, and it reflects a highly versatile and talented artist at the peak of his creative powers. Not only does it showcase his gift for songwriting and his ability to write and interpret intelligent lyrics that give unique insights into love in its many shapes and forms, but also virtuoso performances on various guitars, a voice with a remarkable range, and stunning productions. We can be forever grateful that, while Scott Walker, John`s former `Brother`, has moved far away from romantic ballads and country rock, John - on `Just For You` - is still giving his fans the kind of songs that attracted them to the Walker Brothers` music in the first place. Altogether a first-class album from a world-class singer.
