How long has it been since we heard those powerful
voices? Those voices that moved us - that made us believe
in the power of love? It seems these days that those voices
have grown so distant that we have forgotten them.
Distant as they may be, those spirits still walk among us,
and have inspired a new breed of soul singers that are
taking the world by storm. JonBibbs is one such artist,
inspired by the music of the masters.

The son of a preacher, Jon began his musical odyssey at
an amazingly early age, in backwoods churches. His
unique style, and his child prodigy won him acclaim on
the local state and national levels. By the time Jon was 9,
he was performing alongside the Richmond Philharmonic
Orchestra. By age 15, he had graced almost every major
stage in his hometown, Richmond, VA. Bibbs has not failed
to make similar progress in his recent endeavors, making
quite a name for himself during his relatively short time on
the soul circuit.

While his recordings have been making waves in The
Netherlands, Germany, Australia and the U.K., his stage
shows and live performances have put him in high
demand in the States. Jon has recently performed on
stages in New York City, Atlanta, Ga, Jacksonville, FL,
Detroit, MI, Norfolk, VA, Petersburg, VA and Washington,
DC.

Everywhere his voice is heard, people agree that there’s
something special about this 24 year old’s approach to
music. He pulls upon the best of our musical heritage: the
passion of Gladys, the imagination of Stevie, the
consciousness of Marvin, the gospo-centricity of Al, and
the musicality of Ella. When you hear this voice, you’ll
