Album Notes

Jon grew up surfing and playing music in North County, San Diego. Along with music and the ocean, he also has interests in philosophy and science. His broad path landed him a section in the 2001 surf film "Shelter" produced by the Moonshine Conspiracy which documented a diverse spectrum of folks who share a love for the ocean.

After earning a PhD in astrophysics from the University of California at Berkeley in 2006, Jon moved to Hawaii where he now lives, works and writes music.
