I wrote the music and lyrics to this song of healing, 'Be Still,' for my Aunt Amy in the fall of 2011, when she was diagnosed with leukemia. I sang this song to my aunt while she was in the ICU last winter, suffering from a brain hemorrhage. 'Be Still' is a song of healing and encouragement, and it was inspired by Psalms 46:10 'Be still, and know that I am God.' The proceeds from this single will be applied towards my Aunt Amy's medical expenses.
