Jimmy, a native Floridian, has enjoyed great success over the last decade entertaining audiences all along north Florida's east coast. Whether he's performing his laid-back, island style solo act or with his regionally popular 6-piece band, Ocean Waves, you can always count on one thing, lots of Buffett music!

"As strange as it seems, it wasn't by choice. It started many years ago when I first started performing in public," Jimmy admits. "I remember from the very first gigs, people kept on, kept on, and kept on requesting Jimmy Buffett music. So I began collecting Buffett albums and learning tons of his songs; popular, obscure, new, old....it didn't matter".

Nowadays, you can catch Jimmy at many of the resorts and hotels along Florida's northeast coast performing for corporate events, banquets, and private functions. "It seems this style of music grows more and more in popularity every year. When people come to Florida on business or vacation, they want their Buffett music and I that's what I love to do," he says.

Although Jimmy has many originals to his credit, he decided that his first CD would be dedicated to recording mostly Buffett songs. "Whether I'm playing alone or for large groups, I'd rather dig back in the old Buffett treasure chest and play his music rather than my own!" he admits. "This is what led me to choose the material for this CD."

"For the Buffett Fans" contains many of Jimmy's best liked Buffett songs, finishing up with one of his favorite originals, 99 Beads, an up-tempo, percussion driven Latin tune.
