jason peterson delaire - slow jams
review, by anthony j.w. benson
intune-edge life
jason peterson delaire (nephew of twin cities music greats ricky, patty and paul peterson) , has crafted an enjoyable and beautiful cd of original and co-penned songs (vocal and instrumental) that reflect the cd’s title perfectly- slow jams.
peterson-delaire, a talented musician in his own right, who, when not recording his own material, is often found playing saxophone and keyboards on the road with artists such as donny osmond and michael bolton. gifted with an expressive and soulful voice, peterson-delaire visits the jazzy/r&b musical territory of teddy pendergrass, james ingram and alexander oneal, as well as other late-night favorite artists. songs such as life’s too short, can’t live without your love and all my love and others perfectly set the relaxing mood for mellowing out alone or with a loved one.
