Groovy emotional album!

JPM is a new discovery for me and I find that I really like thi cd. I really get a sense of emotion in the tracks and I like the way he uses different basses to create full tracks.

Diverse styles made by one bassist only

Too many jazz bassists hide behind horns and bad keyboards, but this guy sticks his neck out with an only bass CD. Each song brings a different mood. He plays real compositions instead of just jamming. Better on the ears than Wooten and almost as good as Marcus Miller.
