Album Notes

Jaye Q. and Michael K. were introduced to each other through a mutual friend "Andra Hines." Soon after the introduction they began writing tracks together consistently as if
no force could ever hold them back. A month went by and they had recorded roughly
6 slammin' funk tracks. In need of a lead guitar player, Andra Hines recommended Joe Drock who Jaye Q. had worked with years before. Drock wasn't eager to jump back into
a band again but after witnessing the funk, he became more adamant about being a part
of the new funk era. He came in and laid down a riveting performance which took the funk to another level and then realized this was his new home. The three of them continued writing and recording tracks for the album but still in need of a bass player. Pat Green, a mutual friend of Michael's and Drock, introduced bass player Patrick L. La Touche to the project. After being blown away from listening to the tracks, he joined the band with no hesitation. Patrick's awesome bass skills brought the project to full circle. The beauty of this team is that they're all on the same funk page and respect one another's talent. They all have so much to contribute to the project. It's un-real and magical! Get ready for some new funk up in ya !!!

Those of you in the music industry know how rare it is to have a band play as good or better than their album. Well, here you go....These guys are full of energy and sickly talented. They blew the house down at the Viper Room, Key Club, Nicholby's, House of Blues, & BB King's. Keep up on their website for future gigs. This CD is a must buy!

This band rocked the house at BB Kings and House of Blues here in Hollywood. Check out the music if you old school funk with some rock flavor. The CD is worth picking up.
