After a much anticipated wait, Johnny Juarez is set to do his worldwide release of his latest and Adult Contemporary album titled “HERE I GO”. Taking a very hands on approach to the creative process of the CD, the album was recorded with producers and musicians who have worked with great CCM artists under today’s major Christian Labels, and mainstream labels as well. “HERE I GO’s” 10 new songs including the just releases first single, “HERE I GO” show the MAJA Award winning Juarez’s tremendous growth as a vocalist, songwriter and producer since he first appeared on the AC contemporary musical scene.
“It has been quite an experience being able to sing and tour these past couple of years. I feel like I have been able to connect with people through my testimony and the lyrics of the songs I have written. Each verse, chorus, I sing with great passion and soul, because I know the ability that positive Faithword songs can do to change a person’s life and give hope that everything is going to workout. My goal on “HERE I GO” was to create the music and find the best people to help me create it.”
With a roster of award winning musicians, the album contains high-energy ballads, fiery fast tunes, and even some very intimate acoustic songs. “I was on a plane going on my way to sing live on TBN Enlace International TV Network. And while I was on the plane, a sense of self doubt hit me, and if there was a ticket off the plane I probably would have taken it. However it was in that moment that the song “HERE I GO” was born. Even though it may seem like sometimes we are walking in the Dark, our guiding light, which is Christ, let’s us know that all is fine and the we will succeed even if we feel not capable of climbing new mountains.”
Johnny Juarez burst on the musical scene in 2005 with his International Spanish album “TU PRESENCIA MI PAZ” which landed him good airplay on radio stations, and interviews on several International Hispanic network channels in USA, South America, and Spain. His ballad “Ya Estas Alli” (You Are There), inspired many as it became the soundtrack and music video for the movie The Gift Of Survival by Andy Valera. The new album Here I Go will be available in the February 19 2008.
