In addition to a solo singing career, Judy was a member of The Harmony Belles, Java & Jive and various community choirs. She has performed for veterans’ groups, senior centers, sporting events, weddings, memorial services and talent shows. She was the featured vocalist for the Montana Mother’s Day Tea and participated at the Star Search competition in Los Angeles, California.Judy is also the author of three renowned books: “Reach for the Stars,” a compilation of voice techniques for singers; “Speech and Diction,” a widely used teaching book for families and medical professionals who deal with those suffering from Parkinson’s disease; “Speech and Diction for Professional Speakers,” a comprehensive vocal training kit for public speakers and actors.A native of Montana, Judy began her career in music during grade school and continued her formal musical education under the tutelage of Maestro David Kyle. Now living on the Olympic Peninsula, Judy divides her time between performing, writing, recording and taking care of her family.
