The Ju Ju Beans play rockin' rhythm & blues music that can only be described as traditional rock 'n roll with a rockabilly twist. They take songs from many of the blues and country and western greats, such as: Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker, Bo Diddley, Chuck Berry, Hank Williams, Elmore James, Johnny Cash, Willie Dixon, and many others. The Ju Ju Beans play these songs, minus any of the pedantic or lifeless connotations of the copier or imitator, while adding possibly even more verve and spirit than the originals.
