Scott has performed in and around the Los Angeles area for years with the band, Cranium Lounge. He also did tons of sessions and gigs with several other bands and artists. Some of his greatest gigs include House Of Blues shows with Guitarist Jeff "Skunk" Baxter, boy did they have killer jams! He also had an amzing New Years eve gig (1999) with Al Green.
The band Cranium Lounge had a wonderful opportunity to work with the amazing David Devore, 3 of the songs on the record were done with his magic ears. David is a unbelievable engineer /producer who has worked with some of the greats like; Fleetwood Mac, Grateful Dead, Reo Speedwagon and Foreginer just to name a few. He still raves how that was such a treat to work with someone of that caliber! The band Cranium Lounge was also voted one of the best LA bands for a few years in a row . They indeed had a great run! While performing and writing with his original band, he had the pleasure to work with some of the best musicians and songwriters in LA and Colorado, some of which are on the CD. We compiled this "greatest Hits" CD not only to showcase Julsen's playing/songwriting, but we'll have to say he could not have put this together without the help of these amazingly talented pool of players, writers, and well .... humans. These writers blew Julsen away... Rob Costantino, Scott Baldyga, Nick Davis, Hayden Burke..... so keep your eyes and ears for these cats. He currently resides in Denver with the Scott Julsen Band and his pet jam-band project ROADMAN. Rumor has it that he has a follow up to the Lost & Found record ...to be released in 2010 called TIME.
Peace~
