Recently had the pleasure of seeing Juni Fisher perform in person for the first time. Now I've got 3 of her albums, and all are great, but this is the best yet. Fantastic storytelling set to music. She has a wonderful gift to be able to write this music then perform it so well. If you have the opportunity to see her in person you won't be disappointed, but if not, then buy this album. My husband and I recently had the priviledge to meet Juni Fisher in person. She is first and foremost one of the best Story Tellers I have ever heard. We were fortunate enough to be up close and personal with her and she is not only a truly talented person she is also a very kind and generous one as well. She took the time to talk with us and share memories together.
Her Gone to Colorado CD is such a personal look
into her heratige and what a fine job she does of telling us about it. She performed a mix of different songs from CD's and before each song she tells us of the inspiration she gets and how she comes to tell that particular story.
If you do not own a Juni Fisher CD I encourage you to buy one. It is well worth the money and this lady has the voice of an angel!
