Album Notes

Eleven stompin' hillbilly honky tonkin' tunes with a boom-chicka-boom beat. Turn it up loud and listen to tales of lost love, cars, motorcycles, prison and ice cream.

This follow up to first Lazy J Records release "Living Room Confessions" features the extraordinary guitar work of Deke Dickerson on "Little Message", "Burn Down the House" and the title track.

1. Talk Talk Talk (some people have too much to say about nothing much at all)
2. Ice Cream Boogie (girls and ice cream, my two favorite things about summer)
3. Little Message (a real honest to goodness love song)
4. What's Her Name (I never did find out)
5. Cadillac Girl (pure adolescent fantasy)
6. Just Tell Me Why (a bouncy little song about rejection)
7. I Wanna Rob Trains (a childhood dream of mine)
8. Nothing To Do (a happy little song about being depressed)
9. Black Leather Hurricane (there's a fine line between style and bad taste)
10. Burn Down the House (don't try this at home)
11. I've Never Been To Prison (the unofficial theme song for the Bitter Divorced Men's Club)

This CD just makes you feel good...
author: Boppin' Bill
This CD just makes you feel good when you play it. The louder you play it, the better you feel. Justin is a fine songwriter whose catchy lyrics and hooks capture your imagination. TALK TALK TALK is well produced, nicely mixed, and the addition of Deke Dickerson's guitar adds something special to everything he appears on. Get your wallet out.

TALK TALK TALK is like a sequel of the Hill Billy CD
author: "Boots"
All the songs are good on TALK TALK TALK but my favorite is Ice Cream Treats. The beat is like what I danced to as a teenager in the forties.

Loved it. Great fun time music.
author: Dennis the Truck Driver
I generally liked this CD. The songs were fun, and the writing and playing were generally good. Deke Dickerson adds a lot of swingin', rockin' guitar, as he always does. My only minor 'gripe' would be that the songs were too short. While the lyrics were not 'rocket science', they were more than adequate for rockabilly/country/honky-tonk songs. I hope Justin comes to St. Louis soon!

Great party, funtime, or dance CD!
author: Pete Williams
Just a great CD to liven up any party. Clever, catchy lyrics, and beats to warm the heart of any rockabilly dancers and get 'em on their feet.
