Album Notes

Justine first picked up a microphone as a baby and by age 4 she was singing and dancing. Now Justine is an excellent seasoned performer. She is an active member of the Musical Theatre Center's ensemble group, "Upbeat Unlimited" and loves musical theatre. Her credits include, Annie as orphan Kate, The Music Man as Amaryllis and Ngana in the National Tour of South Pacific. Justine has appeared in television shows within the Washington DC metro area and released her first CD entitled "Broadway Dreams" when she was 12 years old.

Justine often competes in various vocal competition. She won first place in both popular and classical songs category in the Maryland State Music Teachers Association Vocal Competition. Just recently, she won 1st place again at the Broadway Idol Talent Competition.

This past summer, Justine was wooed by several record labels and decided to be the flagship artist of Moo Records in the Philippines. Moo records, a division of Brown Cow Entertainment, recently signed an exclusive record production and distribution deal with major label BMG Records Pilipinas. "We welcome Icy to the Sony-BMG family" said Rudy Tee, BMG managing director.

While " Icy " was in the Philippines, she promoted her pop debut album entitled "Dream Away. " She appeared on the globally televised show Wazz Up Wazz Up and launched her album on SOP. Not to mention the concerts she co-headlined with groups such as South Border, Parokyo ni Edgar, Barbie, Jerome Hughes and Nina to name a few. She performed at many cities nationwide such as Naga, Cagayan De Oro, and of course Manila. She even found her song listed as high as #12 in Top Thirty song hits nationwide.

As she travels the world, however, she never forgets her hometown of Maryland and gives many thanks to each one of you for your constant support.
