Album Notes

From Emily: It's so great to have my 1993 cassette album finally available on CD. Part of this album was recorded at Fishtracks in Portsmouth, New Hampshire with my old friends T.S. Baker, Davey Levine, and Rick Watson...also, Austin friends Mike Maddux, Mike Kearney, and the original Jazz Pharaohs as well as The Therapy Sisters and Gene Elders (George Strait's fiddle player) joined me on many of these songs. The last song, "Arms' Length" was added from another out-of-print cassette album I did with singer/songwriter Jan Seides in 1990, and features my favorite piano solo that Mike Maddux ever played for me. If you like my other stuff you'll love this one too.
